—For the 2020 National Retail Federation conference, SAP and Microsoft sought an experience that could demystify their blockchain partnership for the retail industry. With Britelite Immersive, I led the concept development, illustration, and creative direction for an interactive mural that fused projection mapping, capacitive touch, and motion design. By blending tactile art and emerging technology, we transformed a complex story into an engaging, hands-on experience that made innovation feel personal and alive.

Our goal centered on making blockchain tangible—transforming an abstract idea into a human story about transparency, trust, and connection. We framed the experience around the journey of a product, from raw material to consumer purchase, told through four interactive narratives. Each panel explored a unique benefit of blockchain, from improving global labor practices to enabling real-time tracking, personalized products, and brand loyalty. The result was an exhibit that captivated attendees—by letting them drive the narative through physical touch.
